Rewards Dollars are accrued (taxes, gratuities, complementary and donated services excluded). Rewards Dollars are non-transferable, cannot be shared or distributed and may only be redeemed at location of accrual. We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions, audit your account or restrict, suspend or discontinue this Rewards program at any time without advanced notice. Rewards Dollars are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit. Participating spas may change from time to time. Rewards Dollars will be deducted for any refunds issued.

Redemption

Rewards Dollars may be redeemed for services, retail products, or gift card purchases (tax and tips excluded) upon your next visit to The Woodhouse Day Spa. Prices set by the redeeming location. Redemptions are subject to certain restrictions which are set by each location.
